I ordered 2 items from Amazon on 13th July. Got one item on 19th July and the other was missing. I made a complaint about the same on the same day. I was asked to wait. I waited and called again for the update. Again I was asked to wait. I waited and Today on 26th July , I made a call again for an update. There was some Akshay who tried to misbehave with me. I had to speak firmly with him after that. He said I am lying about this. I would like to tell I am a very very regular customer of amazon. But today I would like to take a step back. He was clearly trusting the delivery guy over me. Why would I do something like that if I am a regular customer.
They said the money will not be refunded and also insulted me by saying I am lying ion his face.
