Ordered new Acer laptop in May-2021 & received the same. 2 months later, it was not powering on. Contacted Acer and they told this was used product. There was already a complaint against this in 2019 itself & they can’t help me. Contacted Amazon and they asked me to provide invoice, pslip, product image, email from Acer. Given all the documents in Oct-2021. There is no update on this. Called Amazon several times and they keep asking me to wait for 5 more working days. It is 2 months since i contacted Amazon. They are just postponing and not giving any update.
