ORDER # 408-9815825-5113928
I ordered a mobile phone, but Amazon and its delivery partners did not deliver the product. They called/ approached me a couple of times but did not deliver the phone. The first time 16 April 2023, they came to my home after the scheduled time 9 PM, and verification of the delivery failed due to some technical problem with the phone. I did the specified steps as per the delivery person. They promised to deliver the next day. They did not call or approach me the next day.
I called up customer care to reschedule the delivery. They came back the second time, but the delivery personnel did not choose the correct option and hence did not deliver the phone. Finally, without informing me of any update, they just returned the product to the seller.
I had to re-order the phone, and it cost me an additional Rs 2200 because of the delay and losing the opportunity of some offers by Amazon.
