Dear sir,
I ordered the mobile phone of Redmi 10T on 14/04/2022 for which the tentative delivery shown on the app was 17th April but somehow i have not received the delivery yet. after connecting with the customer care for more than 20 times i am not able to get any response from them , they are not even capable of telling that what is the exact status and till when the order will get delivered.
