I was ordered KRYPTON X2 PRO mobile from Ezeephone website on 14th June 2020 . After that I did not get any confirmation message from their company but Rs. 4479 money was deducted from my account. Next day I was called up to their customer care numbers (7550949742, 8637515060, 9223011112, 9246024024) which were given on their site. Then everytime the call were picked up by their different person and instructed us to follow different procedure to contact with company and even they were asking our bank details. After that we filed complaint against them on consumersathi.com with uploading supporting photos or documents. Now on 19th June 2020 they sent us unknown mobile through Blue Dart which was not even working. The phone we received is not our ordered mobile. This unknown mobile has no details or manual in that mobile box and looking old used phone. In this mobile there is nothing mentioned the company details and logo.
We demanding to refund our respective money Rs. 4479 or we should get the exact ordered mobile KRYPTON X2 PRO which was displayed on their site. I will attached the PDF ( Supporting documents or photos)
