Hi I had ordered Mini Projector Seeing a ADD on Instagram which was for RS1245 I did payment on COD but then product i received is a Lamp Instead of Mini Projector the website i order is Mugante.store and Phone No is fake and the email is mugante.talk@gmail.com I have mailed them for return and refund the product i received no reply I had done online payment which i have complained against the merchant UPI address… please suggest how to get my money back

Exactly the same thing happened with me. I had ordered two photon wall projectors worth rs 3000 and got two very cheap and absolutely useless toys. May the seller suffer 50 times the loss. Such idiots who run such websites as aggregators should have more courage to address customer complaints and should learn from mistakes and not run away on first adverse results. A similar great idea http://www.toybazar.in is also a victim of such inept business sustainability plans.
