ordered sleepy cat mattresses 8 inches on flipkart on Feb 5th …& i got the delivery for 6 inches…as i initiated the item return request…as they respond for that for soo many days and after following of continues request with customer service they send a courier boy and told me that when the courier boy accepted the item, then we will initiate to deliver replacement product….till from last 5 days am continuously trying to touch with customer care. nobody responding for my concern…even they dnt update as the item is already returned from 5 days back.no one are responding for my concern. its already been 3 weeks now
