I had ordered a foam mattress with Order ID OD121326506245615000 on 22 March 2021 with Flipkart. On 01st April, I received a terrible shock, the mattress that I received is rock solid , I repeat it is rock solid. It was supposed to be Foam and soft, but it is not. We get body pains using the mattress. I already have sleep issues and this can’t be used to even sit, forget sleeping for 8 hours. I raised a return request but the agent rejected as there is no option to return a rock which was delivered in place of a soft mattress. How can he decide to reject my return, I have been Cheated by Flipkart with such cheap product. I informed them that I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with the product but no help. I have bought it for Rs. 6000, which I have struggled to save this money for a year. I am not getting any support from Flipkart too. Please help

Bro…complain in National Consumer Help line (1800114000). It is an online service. They will register your complain and guide you.

OD123010790661314000 is my Order Id.
A completely damaged product has been delivered by Flipkart, I’ve raised a request to take the product back and process the refund on the same day.
Since beginning we continuously requesting to take the product back and process the refund. But it’s not happening so far. It’s a bitter and bad experience with Flipkart.
We regret that we placed an order through Flipkart, we decided never ever do that again. Please take the product back.
