I ordered jbl swing infinity 100 and i got jbl swing infinity one
When i said the same to company they are giving pathetic reasons as it was not in stock
Then later i ordered the same product with different id and i got the original one
When said the same concern to them
Still they are giving same reason
Everytime they say they will escalate the issue but its same
Today i asked the same and their answer is still same and they aren’t sending the real one.
Please help me
