MY Order number is OD123414849479753000. I placed orders on the 19th of NOV and my expected Delivery date was Nov 28th. AS of now there is no response and visible on the sites it shows shipping yet done . Many times I called customer care and no one resolved and responded properly. Also I spoke to Mr Sandeep who is a senior customer officer and he confirmed that the item will be delivered as much as possible. but as now there is no response
