My nake is Babin Vargheese, currently living in Ireland and Ordered a citizen watch on 28 of December for my father using my Flipkart app . 31st of December the package got delivered and upon opening it found that the watch is missing from the box.Hence I raised the complaint and Flipkart customer care personnel said that it will get resolved. As they instructed, I uploaded the images of the pack received . Later they informed me that will give solution. Multiple times they rejected the refund request, and when I called back they said that the rejection message was due to technical issue, and they re-opened the return request again. And finally today 4 feb 2023 I got the confirmation that no more return request is possible from Flipkart’s end and they rejected my complaint as well. Please advise.
