I have ordered a pet food on 12 july and on 18 july it was marked as delivered but still not delivered. After complaint I didn’t get any resolution of the same. Customer care is playing with me that we are trying to solve this . If A world class platform Flipkart is not able to solve a small amount product then how we trust in ordering huge amount product.
Please look in the matter and solve the same as soon as possible.
