Ordered 3 sarees and 1 tshirt on 26 June 2023 afternoon paid payment using gpay upi id coz I have trust on flipkart but unfortunately there is no confirmation message on orders but money was debited immediately. I waited 3 days for confirmation message but in site it shows order pending…, for update messages I suddenly updated my mail id also but no response came from them. Finally I called to flipkart customer support explained my side they checked all and finally they said ” madam your order id here not there no orders kept no money received from you. Ask your bank. sorry ” Suddenly I’m shocked I don’t understand what happened. I checked bank statement also it shows like money debited from me not got back returned. At middle of flipkart and me who grabbed my money? The famous online shop flipkart also showing negligence here clients suffering they are not taking care about this frauds they frauding people on there site but flipkart simply says “don’t know” please consider this problem . I’m attaching screenshots for reference. In screenshot flipkart paytm(fraud) number showing please block it.
