I ordered an i3 10th generation processor on 5th of January but received a box or i5 9th gen with only fan and not processor. I have a video of the Unboxing but amazon team is not trying to help in any way possible they are saying that the parcel was delivered correctly. I don’t know what their team is doing but I know what I got. I have video evidence but neither they are giving me refund nor replacing the item. I need help and want to be compensated for my troubles.
