Respected Sir/Madam,
I wish to lodge a complaint regarding an issue with an online order. I ordered a product on GHAR SOAP Website, GHAR kojic Soap, on 27th may 2025 and made an online payment of ₹199. I received a confirmation message stating that my order was confirmed.. However, despite several days passing, I have not received my order to date (27th may 2025).
Additionally, I attempted to track my order using the provided order ID, but it shows an invalid or incorrect order ID. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
I kindly request your assistance in addressing this issue. I either need the product delivered immediately or a refund of the paid amount. Please take necessary action against this merchant for this negligence.
