I have ordered a shoe rack by title “Cane ShoeRack In Teak Colour” on Aug 14 2022 and got a confirmation email about the order placed, but after that no response from the other end and no contact number, they do not reply to support message neither they delivered the product

You should raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
