On 27th December 2020 I ordered for Sony headphone and free wireless Bluetooth in ear noise cancelling ear buds which was available for prepaid offer. Today on 30th Dec I have received an unbranded headphone. Customer care number is also not reaching. Kindly help me out for the refund or delivery of the product as shown in their website.
