Text of Complaint by Rajib Kumar Das:

I ordered for a new HD set top box DTH connection from Airtel. Money deducted but didn’t installed, even no call or msg from Airtel whereas in their website they promised a call within 4 hours and installation with in 48 hours. But till now I’m getting any updates from Airtel. I tried several times to talk with customer care executive, I tried several airtel customer care numbers, but no option to talk with executive. Even their auto response system is replying that multiple customer ID registered with my number, whereas I ordered Airtel DTH first time. I want my money back or get it installed.
