I had ordered at 9:35 PM exactly. The restaurant also called me regarding something and notified me that the order has been accepted. Around 10 P.M., it showed me that order has been delivered. I didn’t had the contact of the delivery person and the order showed complete. So, I contacted the restaurant, and they said that the order is ready and they were waiting for the delivery person who was not responding. I waited till 11 P.M. and still no response from Paytm ONDC whom I could contact via email only, as no other communication channel was given. I asked them for a refund also, but no response. The next day was a Monday, a working day, so I couldn’t stay up late waiting for my food which was never gonna come.
I have mailed them 3 times, and finally asked for a refund in my final email, to which I got no response just like the previous 2 times.
