I had ordered dry fruits of Rs 1694/- through an ad displayed on Instagram. The payment was made through PAYTM. The payment was made to “SHAYONA CREATION”. After making the payment when I was trying to track the order, no link was working. Later When I searched on Google, I did not find any company with the name “SHAYONA CREATION”, who is dealing with dry fruits. I raised ticket on PAYTM but they didn’t share their details like owner ID & address. Kindly look into this matter and take a legal action against “Shayona creation”.
Note: for reference, i have attached the payment details, name & address of the company
