I placed an order from MyShopify.com for dry fruits and nuts on the 28th of September 2021 at 9:36am and made an online payment if ₹997 for the same I then received a message saying I will be notified once the order has been dispatched but have not yet received any dispatch notification For your reference I am attaching a screen shot of the message I received

I have ordered Saffron dry fruits thru myshopify online order #1100 and paid Rs 1431 online thru SBI on 26th June 2022. I didnt receive any feedback , nor i have any information to contact the party online. Please help
