I had order a Tata Tiago Filter set from Gomechanic on 13th of December 2022.
As per their system showed the product would be delivered by 8th January 2023.
Everybody know that Gomechanic accept only Prepaid not Postpaid, So that I paid them 508/- from Razor pay.
I called them 8th January 2023 to know about the status of my product, they told that the product was on the way and i would received soon.
But really it was joke, they didn’t send the item to my address.
I was waiting for my product, when I checked on their app to know my order, it’s showing RTO rejected 10th January 2023.
Again I call them 10th January,they said , sorry for inconvenience, no issue sir we will initiate you refund.
Then informed the amount of Rupees 508 would be credited to my account within 5-7 days.
See from 10th to 20th Jan today totally – 11 days completed but not get my refund from Gomechanic.
Now i am trying to call them they blocked my number.
Please help, they are harassing me, I want from The company my refundable amount of 508/- + intrest+ Punishment Penalty amount of extra 500. Because they waste my 2 months.
They cheat with me.
