I have ordered 3 cotton shirts , XL Size under combo offer Rs999/- in GREYCOTTON which is offered by you on 24.08.2023 (screenshot enclosed). I received your parcel shipped from JackDumbell today 28.08.23, but the material is used, worn out, filthy and completely disgusting. Hence I request you refund the same amount Rs.999/- and I returned the same to you.
