Text of Complaint by Nomaan Haris:

I ordered Boult Maverick on 2nd of July but when delivered they gave me some different product of the same brand. It was open box delivery which I was unaware of first of all and when the delivery guy came and started opening the box and clicking pictures of the product but he did all that behind his scooter, I asked if I should give OTP he said to wait after doing his stuff he asked for OTP I gave him so that is general practice for me every time, after that, he gave me the box I opened it and saw that the product was different, so I informed that delivery guy that this is not my product, he said to make return request as he has processed delivery from his side so I did on the app and they weren’t taking on the request from the app, so I had to contact customer service which was of course of no help even after checking images sent by me and the delivery guy they said they can’t do anything because apparently, it was open box. I even told them my whole story but the seller has more power to ruin your money and they have all the power to deliver the wrong product to you.
