I had ordered Boat Hub 2.0 earphones on 15th August 2022 after seeing it’s ad. It also mentioned that it’s buy 1 get 1 free offer. After the discount and all its cost was mere 255/- which i had paid online. But till date i haven’t received any order. Secondly there is no platform to track order or any customer care number. Every number of myshopify we got is switched off or our number gets blocked when we call.
Yesterday I called many times on customer care number and after which i received a call stating that my order is cancelled and for refund i have to send text message “Hi” to another number which guy on phone was telling. I found it unusual and when I asked direct questions he cancelled the call. Money was transferred to Jemin Palasiya via PayU . All the numbers where I tried were registered of West Bengal.
