1. We have ordered Samsung level U Bluetooth headphones and also JBL earbuds combo from the site essentialsme.com believing them and later when we received some VIVO headphones and some madrock earphones . I don’t understand whether it is a fraud company or whether maybe the order has been mistaken but I request refund and return to the products and to take strict action on fraud companies
