I have purchased a JBL Bluetooth GO3 Speaker online from Electroqastore as displayed on site on 12/03/2022.The value of the product Rs 2238.28 has been paid vide payment ID pay _ J6F8ix1satyKw3 through RAZORPAY. But No Order ID no has been given, only “payment made successfully and contact Rudrafab” message given on mail. It is also informed that text message will be sent shortly. But sofar no message has been received .
I have raised a complaint on this issue in this site on 15/03/2023. But no ticket no has been given and no action had been taken. Please take necessary action immediately regarding this issue and give me comments ticket no for further communications to yours
