I saw an Add in facebook about the Rhile shop (Link: https://rhileshop.in/collections/all) and there was a clearance sale going on. I ordered an Officer chair on 6th December 2020 for rupees 1499/-. Before ordering the chair I have gone through its shipping policy and it was clearly mentioned that you will get the delivery with in 2-3 days. (Shipping Policy wordings: Once you place an order, the delivery time may take 2-3 days. You will get the tracking details on your email address after placing the order. In case of any enquiries, mail us at support@rhileshop.in). Neither I got any message, tracking link nor the delivery of the product. No communication from them. They just debited the amount (1499/-) from my card through their payment gateway RAZORPAY.
I have dropped email, follow up emails to support @rhileshop.in but everything gone in vain. I didn’t receive any response from them nor the delivery of the product. it’s been 17 days. So requesting you to kindly help me with this and respond ASAP. Thank you
It’s a fraud company not delivering products to its customers.
