On June 29,2022, around 10.32 am I placed an necklace order on a instagram page called ‘the_jewellery_hub’ under the name ‘girls glam’, attaching the url as well. https://instagram.com/the_jewellery_hub__?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=
The necklace cost is around 225 rupees and I demanded a speed delivery for my delivery and they have accepted it. I then and now msgd them for an update where I received no response. Then I requested a refund which they insisted that they cant. And two months later, again, i texted them to refund in quite as I lost my tempor waiting for the product. Now they refused neither to refund nor to send the product. Attaching the copy of gpayed proof.
