I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding an order I placed on Zepto.com, which remains undelivered despite having made a payment of Rs 235 through Google Pay. My name is Aneesh K S, and I am writing this formal complaint as a concerned customer.
I placed an order on Zepto.com for an ice cream on 19/7/2023 with order number (ORDER ID: 97F28DVKK60420. The order was placed using my registered email address aneeshmltr@gmail.com and my mobile number 7065702907. The payment for the order was made promptly through G Pay.
However, I am dismayed to inform you that, to date, I have neither received the ordered ice cream nor any communication from your company regarding the delay or a potential resolution. It has been 55 days since I placed the order, and the lack of information and the absence of the product have caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.
I have made several attempts to reach out to your customer service department through the provided contact channels, but I have not received any response or assistance regarding the status of my order or the refund of my payment. This lack of communication and disregard for a customer’s legitimate concern is both disheartening and unprofessional.
