I purchased this product from Amazon on 21st November 2022 and delivered on 23rd November 2022. Please see the laptop description below. Its clearly mentioned MS office is inbuilt with this laptop. However, MS office is not available with this product. I contacted Amazon but they are not ready to return or replace the product. Please help me wit this issue. Thank you
