ordered a zeblaze thor s watch from the shoppersmate . But when the parcel came to me, I opened it, then something else came out in it. That watch was completely different. I want my money back and tell me the procedure of refund… And I called the customer care number many times and no one is picking it up. What should I do with it? Tell me how is this fraud?
