We ordered Foxin UPS FPS UPS from Amazon from a seller named Appario Retail PVT LTD after checking good reviews and we used the same brand UPS before so we went with the order. The order was delivered on July 27. The Packaging was totally the worst. The box was already opened when it was delivered to us and it was wet. The thermocool inside was broken. The cover of the UPS and its plug were already removed. The packaging was loose The wire had white patches. We tried to plug the product and it turned on, however, it looks like the product was sold to another customer and they returned and the seller delivered the same product to us without any seal. When we asked delivery Guy he said the same parcel was given him for delivery
I called Amazon and asked if they can do a replacement or return it, they said they cant do anything they registred a complaint and said to call them back after 3 days. Why I should call them? They also said that after investigation they will decide if its a return of refund. What if they don’t accept and don’t give any return or refund? Its totally a scam and I don’t want to wait and want to return it.
we don’t know if the product is defective as we did not use it since the wire has wired patch which may cause any harm
