There are 2 incidents , one is where I exchanged my fridge and received a dented fridge which is still awaiting replacement by Amazon. attached is the feedback of technician who came to install the fridge.
On July 4th my sister in law was waiting for her USHA Bandhan sewing machine which I had ordered for her. But we received a iron box in a package. Upon complaining the amazon customer care they asked to call back after 3 days and had no intentions to listen what was the problem neither they have tried to replace it. The sewing machine costed Rs 5800 , and they had no intentions of helping.
