Extremely poor experience with Amazon recently. I ordered this monitor – LG 27GN950-B for Rs 51,000 on 17th March. On 23rd March what I received instead was just a mouse.
I immediately placed a return and the item was picked up on 25th March. Due to some tracking / delivery person issues from Amazon’s end, the system is showing that return pickup was refused by the customer and that the return is canceled, even though the item was picked up.
I have called Amazon customer care multiple times and each time, they just asked me to wait for 3 more days till the return is confirmed by the seller, but no refund was initiated.
In the last call, I was transferred to the escalation team and their behavior was very rude. They did not even acknowledge that this is a mistake from Amazon’s end and kept on saying that no refund is possible due to the return tracking issue.
Not what I expected from the company that is supposed to be the most customer centric.
