I have seen dresses in youtube and I visited website through youtube , I selected 3 set of dresses for 699/- and I ordered payment mode cash on delivery I have given mobile number and email I’d for login I didn’t can any notification or confirmation messages to my phone or mail . After next 2 days I got a call from delivery boy to take my order I received paid the amount of 699/- and I opened package I shocked I order something and I got something else that too the dresses are used not new clothes are not selected I have ordered m size but I got different size xxxl I went back to website I tried search to refund or return there is no option like refund or return I tried call given number but no use invalid I tried email also invalid email help.fasionstore.com my friend had same experience we lost 1398 only
If it is multiply like 699×1000=699000/- per hour …….. please do something
