I ordered a head phone online amounting of Rs. 1799/- but I received a damaged head phone which cost less than Rs. 100/-. Detail of order is being given as under please:-

4. Name of seller agency: Shiv Trading/ Today Cart (8929041859) GST No. 07CQJPK5430KIZM
5. Name of delivering agency: Pickrr Technologies
6. Delivery Boy’s contact no +918789039964, Name- Kisan Ram (as per true caller)
In this context, I kindly request to take strict action against such kind of fraud agencies and get my amount refunded as soon as possible…
