I ordered 9 products i.e 18 pillows in total on 24th aug 2022 in colors grey and white. I only received one pair on 29th aug, that too in a very small packet and by no chance anyone could fit 18 big size pillows in that packet. I raised my query and i was asked to wait for 5 days which was delayed to 11 days in total. Today morning when i called the customer care yet again, i was informed that the packet was well sealed so i cannot be helped. As I’m so helpless, I’m sharing the cctv footage with you as it justifies my side of the story and so that you can see for yourself that i received only one packet which could not contain 18 big size pillows that i ordered. It could only contain 2 or 3 pillows at max with vacuum sealing. Without vacuum seal it can only hold 1 pillow. Im also sharing the pictures of the packet as well.
