I ordered 4 deo bottles
received 2 of them 50% empty
tried calling in their 18008901222 this sent me link to create complaint in app
no one to talk to – waste of a complaint number.
Tried doing that – but the complaint will never be submitted.
i tried mailing cs@jiomart.com
got a reply to create a complaint in the app.
I dont know why they are sitting there for sending me a reply to create a complaint which doesnt even work
(i have 3 screen recording to prove me)
but still the email responce is to create complaint which can never be made
lost 500 hard earned money.
