Dear team,
Its been 8 days since i got wrong item at my door step and yet no other response from Amazon to solve my problem.
I have ordered Vu 80 cm (32 inches) HD Ready UltraAndroid LED TV 32GA (Black) (2019 Model) ( Order No: 404-1338855-3417940 ) . I had placed the product on Sunday 23 August 2020 11:25 AM (IST), and the product delivery date for the product was from Friday 28 August 2020 – Wednesday 2 September 2020 . But on the date of 04.09.2020 the product was deliver to my door step, But the product which was delivered different from the placed product .
Kindly find attached product which was delivered in place of TV.
As per discussion i contacted to VU but they told they can not solve this issue, only amazon can solve.
I am prime member and ordering product frequently and this mistake happened from amazon first time.
Why my tv is not delivered to my door step and why other rubber packet delivered and status showing tv delivered, in that packet my address and name is same but contact is different.
Look into matter urgently otherwise i have to post review as well as i will knock the consumer forum for sure.
I ordered 12399 rs TV and I received 299rs rubber item.
Look into matter and revert
