So I ordered 3 necklaces. Firstly I placed An order of 2 necklaces and then I decided to place another one to gift someone so after few days my product was shipped and it clearly showed that the 2 orders are shipped together with 1 tracking ID. so it was obvious that I was supposed to receive the 3 necklaces in 1 parcel because there was only 1 tracking id for both of my orders. but I received only one necklace. as soon as I got the parcel, it was very tiny so I even recorded a video of it and unboxing then I called the meesho customer care to help me. but they denied to help me they said this is against their policy and that’s why they can’t refund. Now I have the proof, now I have everything that I received only one product but they are not refunding me.
Please, I need an resolution. It is wrong from the part of seller as well.
