Sub:return request repeatedly overlooked by flipkart
Sir,
I, Sudipta Kundu, regular user of flipkart online shopping portal, want to inform you that I ordered 3 Jaypee Plus Diamond Fridge water bottle on 23rd June, 2023.order was confirmed on the same day. Seller was Jaypee Marketing. Order id was OD328435151659415100. order was delivered on 27th June, 2023.but the received product contains only 1 water bottle. But I paid full amount of Rs 754 for 3 water bottles. What kind of negligence shown by flipkart is unbelievable. Then I request for return on 28th June, 2023.the request was unresolved. Then I made several attempts for return, but every times it was unresolved. The last one made on 4th July, 2023.
I suffered both mental and financial loss due to negligency and arrogancy from flipkart. Flipkart pays least attention about their customers concern.
Please help me to sort out the problem. Otherwise I will take strict legal action against flipkart in higher appellate authority. Please take my words sincerely.
