On 27-09-2022 while surfing the Instagram, I happened to land on a page called boatstore.shopify.com. They were promoting many models of boat air drops. I ordered 2 sets (1 black & 1 white) of model ANC 500 for INR 265.00 for each set. I paid them INR 530.00 through my Gpay account.
I received an mail from boat.shopify.com informing me that my order is confirmed & I will be informed once it is shipped.
My shipping and billing address were wrongly mentioned so I informed them on reply to their email mentioning my correct address. They never acknowledged or replied to it. I sent them 2 more emails informing them that I have not yet received my ordered goods. I am yet awaiting their reply. I feel that it is a bogus company & I wish to have a refund from them. Also, they should be booked on cheating charges.
