On 5th Feb 2019 I got a sms from 09016963225 no regrading price drop N3310 then I visited their site and ordered.My ordered no is #BST23773.After receiving I saw the product was Q Tel not N3310.I sent 3-4 emails and I try to reach them through phone calls but still no response coming from their site.I want my money back.Kindly suggest me what can I do now.
