We ordered a Samsung M53 Phone worth RS.27,999 on 8-1-2023 and received a Pantene shampoo worth RS.347 with an invoice in the name of someone else on 10-1-2023.I have an unboxing video and photos regarding the same that I’ll be attaching to this email.
I complained to the amazon customer service as soon as i received the package and they said they will carry out an investigation about the matter after 2 days. When I contacted them they said that there was no fault from their side but didn’t even have a look at the evidence from our side and that they cannot help any further .
Please look into the matter and serve us justice.
