Text of Complaint by Akhil Geddam:

I have ordered an item in amazon on 2020-11-27 and they are supposed to deliver it on 2020-12-05 by 5pm. When i checked with amazon customer service team they said that it will be delivered on 05th December for sure and on the delivery date they said that it will take another 3 days time for delivering the product. It is an issue from amazon end and they are asking the consumer to suffer due to their negligence. I have spoken with the customer service team but there is no proper response/solution for the delay in delivering the product. Amazon guarantees that the products will be delivered on time for the prime customers but in my case it is the second time i am facing issue with the delay in product delivery. Both times they asked me to wait for some more time for delivering the product. If it is an mistake from their end why cant they suffer of the consequences of late delivery. Instead they want customer to suffer because of their mistake. I just checked with them on 2020-12-06 but still the order is not yet dispatched and the item which i ordered was available in my city warehouse and it will just take 2-3 hrs for delivering the product but still they are unable to deliver it in more than a week time.
