On 13-08-2022 at 21:58 hours I have ordered a non veg loaded pizza and a tikka masala pasta non veg from Domino’s app with delivery option and paid through my UPI. After I have ordered the food I checked whether the order was confirmed or not, so upon checking I found the order was confirmed with 30 minutes delivery gurentee. Then at 22:35 hours I tried to check the status since it was more than 30 minutes but I found the status was same that is the order was confirmed only. Then I called the customer care and raised an issue regarding the same and once again my friend called form her number and I have talked with the customer care executive and he told that the senior person will call within 15 minutes but there was no call. Since there was no response again I called from my another number and found the same result that is the executive called the respective store but they said they were not able to connect with the respective store. Afterwards at 23:26 hours I got an SMS from an unknown number that ” Order cancelled due to server issue and less delivery boy,I really apologize for today experience, Amount will refund to your account with in 7 working days

My complain is against Domino’s for not delivering the order even after confirming and getting paid. If Domino’s doesn’t have sufficient delivery person and server issues why they are accepting orders and getting paid. I want to file a complaint against Domino’s for the above matter for confirming the order and later on not delivering the order even after getting paid and then informing after one and half hours that the order was cancelled due to server problem and short of delivery person. If Domino’s could have informed after few minutes I could have ordered from somewhere else they are just playing with the cravings of human being.
