Order was placed on 3rd December and it was shipped on 8th December through Delhivery Couriers, the agent from Delhivery with phone # 07411869552 disconnected the call and not delivering the product, waited for 3 days still same. Called Nykaa customer care for refund they are saying i should reject the order at my door step and I cannot do that because the Delhivery services and neither calling me nor coming at door step to deliver.
