My Amazon.in Order # 404-5822852-3663554 , I had ordered two echo dots and the products were marked delivered on 15th of August 2021 , but they never reached me , I called Amazon as soon as the product was marked delivered and they had told me to wait till next 2 working days and it will get delivered but today on 31st August 2021 I called them and they are telling me that they won’t even issue me a refund.
