Text of Complaint by Nirmal Kumar Sahu:

Hi Team,
I have order a cloth dryer stand from Flipkart on 28th of August, which was accepted and processed by the seller (as per the update in Flipkart app). After i can got an update directly that the my order was cancelled on 3rd Sep.
As of now I requested a call back from Flipkart to under what went wrong. L1 agent called me…. He told due to technical isse order is cancelled, but he had no further details so i asked the called to be transferred who has the details. L1 agent transferred the call to some senior he said.
That senior lady tolde me that yes the order was processed and waited for the pick up and later it was cancelled due to technical issue. I asked to transfer the call to her Team leader who has the information as what was the technical issue. She said he can not transferred the call and TL and managers can not attend or come over call. Late she told she will check and update and she put me on a hold , after refreshing hold she told she has update and someone will call me but still as I was speaking she disconnected my call and i got no call back as of now.

So below are my main concer to re iterate.
1. Why the order was cancelled post seller has proceeded the order.
2. Why there was not Pro active and pre information was not shared to me before cancellation of my order. (Pre paid order).
3. Why the Level1 agent don’t have complete information about my order.
4. Why even the senior agent don’t have that information.
5. Why can’t a Team leader and manager can come over a call to handle and provide me the required.
6. How can an agent have the rights to disconnect my call.
7. Why Flipkart don’t take action on seller if it was seller mistake to cancel it.
8. Due to all this mess i have lost the offere at first I was able to get the producer at 94% discount and now again the price has been increased by the seller. Due to which lost a great offer ?
9. How flipkart i willing to compensate the lost of offer at my end. As i want the same product at the same price. And dure to Flipkart issue why I have pay the increased price of the same product.
